Whilst with the Police Service, Lance spent 10 years working in the country, including Geraldton, Carnarvon and the remote outback town of Meekatharra, which gave him an intrinsic understanding and appreciation of diverse cultures and alternate lifestyles.
As an ex-Motor Squad Detective, who specialised in the identification, examination and investigation of stolen, ghosted, re-birthed and damaged motor vehicles, Lance is fully conversant with the WOVR (Written-Off Vehicle Register) Legislation and is expert in forensically assessing motor vehicles for repaired accident, collision and storm damage as well as for evidence of odometer tampering.
Lance possesses specialist test equipment and, in many cases, is able to ascertain the severity of the initial damage and postulate how the crash occurred after reviewing the repairs.
A father of three young children, Lance has extensive Auction bidding experience and has attended literally thousands of auctions over the last twenty five (25) years. Dynamic, vivacious, meticulous and very hard working, Lance possesses unparalleled local market knowledge and is also an expert negotiator of the highest calibre.
